Odeabank, the young and innovative player of the Turkish banking sector, continues its support for basketball by sponsoring the peak of European basketball, Turkish Airlines Euroleague.

Odeabank, the bank of basketball, has become the sponsor of Turkish Airlines Euroleague, where Europe's leading basketball clubs compete vigorously. Odebank's sponsorship has more significance in terms of it being the first bank to sponsor the THY Euroleague.

Odeabank Board Member and General Manager wished success to the Turkish teams competing in Turkish Airlines Euroleague, saying: “As a bank that values creating added value in not just banking but in all areas of life, we have been supporting the 3 giant basketball teams in Turkey for the past 3 years as their sponsors. On of these teams, Fenerbahçe men's basketball team played in the finals last year after a tremendous competition. Moreover, Galatasaray Odeabank Men's Basketball Team which we gave our name to, has won the Eurocup last year.” He added: “We have no doubt that these achievements of our teams filling us with pride as a country will go on. We will also continue to support Turkish basketball both locally and globally.”

Last year Fenerbahçe Men's Basketball team sponsored by Odeabank had succeeded to play in the finals in THY Euroleague. In the huge tournament where Turkey will compete with 4 teams this year: Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray Odeabank, Anadolu Efes and Darüşşafaka Doğuş. THY Euroleague which will begin in October and continue until the Final Four in May May 2017, will be hosting more than 500 games where Europe's best basketball teams will compete.​​
