With Bank'O Card Axess, you can benefit from interest-free installment shopping opportunities offered by member merchants. You can easily track your expenses and installment amounts from your statement.

Details:

  • You can make installment transactions for up to 12 installments.
  • Installment transactions can only be made at Axess member merchants with installment agreements.
  • The number of installments can be applied according to the rates set by Axess member merchants and may vary within legal limits.
  • Installment transactions include transactions made from physical/virtual Axess POS terminals.
  • In accordance with legal regulations, the installment period for purchases made with credit cards, including deferred payments or installment of a debt for a fee after the purchase of goods or services, cannot exceed 12 months for personal credit cards and 18 months for corporate/commercial credit cards. This period is applied as 3 months for purchases related to non-printed and non-bullion gold products, 4 months for electronic goods purchases (Video, camera, audio systems, televisions priced above 5,000 Turkish liras, etc.), 6 months for tablet purchases, 9 months for club and association payments, 12 months for health product purchases, furniture and electrical appliances (Refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electrical household appliances, etc.) purchases up to 5,000 Turkish Liras, tax payments, education-related expenses, computer purchases, transportation, health and social services-related expenses, and purchases of renewed products from "renewal center" or "authorized seller" in the case of cell phone purchases, 18 months for domestic airlines, travel agencies, and accommodation-related expenses. The installment period for purchases made with personal credit cards involving printed and bullion gold purchases, telecommunications, direct marketing, international expenses related to airlines, travel agencies, and accommodation, meal, food, alcoholic beverages, fuel, cosmetics, office supplies, gift card, gift voucher, and similar products that do not involve any tangible goods or services cannot be subject to installments/deferment.
  • Bank'O Card Axess cards are not included in additional installment campaigns.
  • Odeabank A.Ş. and Axess have the right to stop and/or change the installment campaign limits.
  • The responsibility for the accuracy of the sector information registered in the system of the establishment where the shopping is made belongs to the establishment.

Instructed Installment

With Bank'O Card Axess, for transactions where installment options are not available from the merchant, you can have installment plans for amounts between 200 TL and 10,000 TL for up to 3 months for a single payment made.

You can process your installment transaction by responding to the SMS received after the purchase or before your statement is cut via Odea Application, Odeabank Internet Banking, 444 8 444 Odeabank Customer Communication Center, or our branches.

Details:

  • You can convert your immediate purchases into installments through instructed installment payment.
  • Single-payment purchases can be converted into installments when they fall into the period transactions. Installment cannot be made after the statement is issued.
  • There is no fee for instructed installment service. However, the interest rate applied in the installment process is the same as the contractual interest determined by the CBRT.
  • A request for re-installment cannot be made for a transaction that has already been installment.
  • You can cancel your instructed installment request until your statement closing date. In this case, the interest will be refunded. For cancellation requests after the statement closing date, you can make an early closure.   • You can only perform instruction-based installment transactions for public, education, and healthcare payments.
  • If the maximum installment count applied in the campaign exceeds the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) limits, installment arrangements can be made within the limits determined by the BDDK. (For example: Although 6 installments may be applicable under the campaign, according to BDDK regulations, only 3 installments may appear for your expenditure.)

You can issue up to 5 additional cards attached to your card. You can issue an additional card for individuals aged at least 18 via Odea Application, Internet Branch, and 444 8 444 Customer Communication Center, and for individuals aged at least 16 via Odeabank Branches.

Virtual Card

To make your internet and mail order purchases more secure, you can issue a virtual card and make your purchases quickly. Moreover, you can determine your limit yourself and pay no card fee.

Features:

  • You can apply for a virtual card via Odea Application, Odeabank Internet Banking, or 444 8 444 Odeabank Customer Communication Center.
  • When using your virtual card, you can access your card number, expiration date, and security code (CVC2) information through Odea Application and Odeabank Internet Banking.
  • Virtual cards are cards that are not physically printed.
  • You can track your virtual card expenses from your main card's statements.

Digital Slip

To reduce paper consumption used in POS devices, you can receive digital documents instead of physical slips for your purchases made from physical POS with your credit card.

You can choose digital slip for all your transactions or only for contactless transactions below the limit by calling 444 8 444 Odeabank Customer Communication Center or through Odea Application; Banking - All - Cards - Credit Cards - Choose Card - Upper right settings - Digital Slip Settings menu.

You can inquire, view, and share digital slips for transactions made within the last 6 months. This way, you can quickly and easily track your expenses while contributing to the environment.

USD Currency Statement

You can receive the statement of your Bank'O Card Axess in TL or TL/USD. This way, your purchases made abroad or in foreign currency will be added to your USD statement, and you can easily pay from your USD account.

Limit Increase
