Chip&PIN is a system standardized worldwide (EMV Standards) by EuroPay, Mastercard, and Visa, designed to reduce the risks of credit card copying and loss or theft. It provides security and flexibility for cardholders and transactions at the point of sale. All Bank'O Card credit cards are printed in compliance with EMV standards.

You can apply for a credit card by sending an SMS with BANKO, followed by a space and your TC Identification Number, followed by another space and your date of birth in the format daymonthyear (For example; BANKO 11111111111 01021991), to 8444. Alternatively, you can apply through the following channels:

• www.odeabank.com.tr website
• Odeabank Internet Branch and Odea application

In case of theft or loss of your credit card, it is necessary to inform the authorities by calling the Odeabank Customer Contact Center at 444 8 444 within 24 hours.

In the event of your credit card being stolen or lost, it is necessary to inform the authorities by calling 444 8 444 Odeabank Customer Contact Center within 24 hours.

• Send a text message to 8444* with the following format: SIFRE (space) your chosen 4-digit PIN (space) the last 4 digits of your card (space) the 3-digit number on the signature band of your card. (For example, SIFRE 1234 1234567)
• Contact 444 8 444 Odeabank Customer Contact Center for digital banking password.
• The password can be obtained through Odeabank Internet Banking and Mobile Banking.

If you are unable to reach 8444, you can send a message to 0532 752 84 44.

The process for renewing the PIN is the same as obtaining a new PIN. It can be done through Customer Contact Center, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATMs, and SMS channels. Through SMS: SIFRE (space) your chosen 4-digit PIN (space) the last 4 digits of your card (space) the 3-digit number on the signature band of your card, send it to 8444*. (For example, SIFRE 1234 1234567)

*If you are unable to reach 8444, you can send a message to 0532 752 84 44.

All credit cards will be ready for transactions once the card PIN is initially created.

All Odeabank credit cards can be used for online shopping.

You can make transactions of up to 750 TL at a time. If the transaction amount exceeds this, you will need to continue the purchase by using your PIN. Additionally, when the total contactless transaction amount reaches 3000 TL, you will need to make 1 PIN-authenticated transaction. After the authenticated purchase, you can continue with contactless transactions.

You can call 444 8 444 Customer Contact Center or use the Odea application, Odeabank internet branch to enable or disable your card for online shopping through the card settings menu.

Additionally, to enable your card for e-commerce purchases, you can send an SMS to 8444 by typing INTERNET followed by a space and the last 4 digits of your card. To enable your card for Moto Order transactions, send an SMS to 8444 by typing MOTO followed by a space and the last 4 digits of your card.

It's the date when all purchases, fees, carried over debts, interest, etc., are recorded on the statement, marking the end of the period.

You can change your credit card statement date via the Odea application, Odeabank Internet Branch, and by contacting 444 8 444 Odeabank Customer Contact Center. When changing the statement date, the first statement will be generated on the current date, and from the second statement onwards, it will be on the new date.

You can receive your statement in USD currency in addition to TRY. If a customer selects the USD statement option: their TRY expenditures will be reflected in the TRY statement, and their foreign currency expenditures will be shown in the USD statement. The customer can make separate payments for USD and TRY. If the customer selects the TRY statement, both domestic and international transactions will be on a single statement.

If your statement preference is in TL, expenses made in countries where the currency is not USD are converted to USD by Mastercard/Visa at the TCMB selling rate on the date reflected to our bank and displayed on the statement in TL. If the statement preference is in USD, it directly reflects on the statement in USD.

If the USD balance is not paid by the statement's last payment date, the amount will be reflected on the statement in TL at the TCMB selling rate. Payment in TL is expected.

It is the last day indicated on the account statement where the cardholder can pay off the balance for the billing period or the minimum amount due without incurring late fees.

It is the monthly net interest rate applied to the outstanding balance when paying less than the total amount due for the period, excluding taxes and fees.

It is the monthly net interest rate excluding taxes and funds that will be applied if a payment is made below the minimum payment amount or no payment is made.

You can set up automatic payment instructions for the minimum or full payment of your credit card debt. You can give the instruction by selecting either TL or TL/USD accounts according to your statement preference type.

Requests for limit increases or decreases can be made through 444 8 444 Odeabank Customer Contact Center or Odeabank branches. Income documents are required for credit card limit increase requests. Additionally, limit increase requests can be made through the Odea application and Odebank Internet Branch.

Credit card customers, within their assigned limits, can withdraw cash advances against the interest and fees set by the bank. The cash advance limit cannot exceed the credit card limit.

Cash advances can be accessed 24/7 from Odeabank Branches, Odeabank ATMs, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, 444 8 444 Odeabank Customer Contact Center, and other bank ATMs.

NOTE 1: The total cash amount that a customer can withdraw from an ATM within a day is 2,500 TL, while the total cash advance available from all channels is 100,000 TL.

NOTE 2: For cash advance transactions through 444 8 444 Odeabank Customer Contact Center, Odeabank Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking, it's necessary to have a demand account in TL.

Apart from cash advances, within the specified limit by the bank, amounts between 100 TL (existing amount) and 10,000 TL can be split into installments for 2-12 months with interest, using the installment cash advance. Credit card customers, within their assigned limits, can avail themselves of installment cash advances against the interest and fees set by the bank. Usage channels include:

NOTE: The total cash amount that a customer can withdraw from an ATM within a day is 2,500 TL, while the total installment cash advance available from other channels is 10,000 TL. The amount to be withdrawn as an installment cash advance must be smaller than the total available limit after considering fees and interest.

Primary cardholders can apply for additional cards through Odeabank Branches, Odeabank Internet/Mobile Banking, and 444 8 444 Odeabank Customer Contact Center.

The additional card limit can be defined based on the primary cardholder's request, either as a certain percentage of the customer's limit or a fixed amount. The additional card limit cannot be higher than the customer's limit.

Additional cards can benefit from the advantages provided for the main card, but there is no separate reward limit for additional cards. The benefits used will be deducted from the main card's limit.

Our credit card campaigns are specifically planned for main cardholders. Unless stated otherwise, additional cards/additional cardholders cannot benefit from campaigns.

Yes, you can create a virtual card associated with the primary card using the Odea Application, Odebank Internet Branch, and 444 8 444 Odeabank Customer Contact Center.

Bank'O Digi K@rt is entirely a digital card and does not have a physical print.

Bank'O Digi K@rt, being entirely digital, can be securely used for e-commerce, mail order, and telephone order transactions.

Bank'O Card Axess does not allow you to benefit from installment campaigns. However, you can avail yourself of up to 12 installments at participating Axess merchants at their cash prices.

Customers with current assets of 100,000 TL or more in our Privileged Banking segment can apply for the Ayrıcalıklı Kart.
