Odea Bank Card​

You can apply for a Bank Card at Odeabank branches by calling 444 8 444 Odeabank Communication Center to view your accounts. If you wish, you can request an anonymous Bank Card from our branches for immediate use.

If you are not a customer, you can become one through "BECOME A CUSTOMER" on our website and request a card.

To change your PIN:

• Send "PIN" space 4 digits of your new PIN space the last 4 digits of your card and the following 3 digits to 8444 (Example: PIN 1111 2222333).
• Contact 444 8 444 Odeabank Communication Center if you have a digital channel password.
• Change it via the Odea Application under Banking -> All -> Cards -> Bank Cards -> PIN steps, or through the Odeabank Internet Branch under CARDS -> BANK CARD -> PIN OPERATIONS.

In case of theft or loss of the card, it is necessary to inform the authorities by calling 444 8 444 Odeabank Communication Center within 24 hours.

It's a completely free card without any card fees, providing access to your accounts within our bank.

For easy access to your accounts, your name is not printed on the Bank Cards received instantly from our branches or obtained through remote account opening processes. This situation does not affect the features of the cards. You can apply for Bank Cards with your name printed on them.

Yes, you can make contactless transactions up to three times in a row and/or up to 750 TL each. If the transaction amount exceeds this, you will need to continue the transaction by entering your PIN. Additionally, when the contactless shopping amount is reached, you need to make one encrypted transaction. After the encrypted shopping, you can continue with contactless transactions.

You can use your card for physical POS transactions.

Yes, you can make cash withdrawals using QR codes from partner ATMs.

You can change your linked accounts by contacting 444 8 444 Odeabank Communication Center or visiting Odeabank branches.

You can access your current TL account with your Bank Card from all foreign bank ATMs displaying the Visa and/or MasterCard logos and withdraw money in the currency of the country you are in. Additionally, you can make withdrawals from foreign currency accounts in countries where the currency matches that of your account.(USD/EUR)

You must inform Odeabank branches or 444 8 444 Odeabank Communication Center of any updates to your personal information, address, phone number, and other contact details within 15 days of the change.
