It covers both emergency and routine outpatient and inpatient treatment needs. Additionally, it includes Third Party Liability coverage. This coverage comes into effect for any bodily harm caused by the pet to third parties or other cats or dogs.*

*According to Article 14 of Law No. 5199 on Animal Protection, damages caused by breeds classified as dangerous such as Pitbull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasilerio, American Bully, and American Staffordshire Terrier or hybrids of these breeds, or new breeds and hybrids added during the policy term are excluded from the coverage.

The policy can be used after a waiting period of 7 days for emergencies and 12 weeks for all other coverage.

*20% customer participation fee at contracted veterinarians and 40% at non-contracted veterinarians. For Vet American Plans, a customer participation fee ranging from 10% to 20% is applied.
**The upper age limit is 10 years for cats and 9 years for dogs..
