General Information

Quick tips to consider for your Security

  • In order to perform your transactions easily and securely and allow others to do the same while waiting in line, please make sure to keep a distance between you and the person in front or behind you.
  • Enter your PIN code in a way that prevents others from seeing it.
  • Do not seek help from anybody and do not leave the ATM while performing your transaction.
  • Do not carry your card and cash in your hand after completing your transaction.
  • Keep or destroy the information vouchers that you receive after the transaction.
  • If you suspect something out of the ordinary, please contact Odeabank Odeabank Contact Center on 444 8 444 immediately.
  • In case of your card is lost, stolen or used without your knowledge, for your own security, inform the Lost/Stolen Line immediately by dialing 0 on 444 8 444 Odeabank Contact Center. Do not let anyone else call on your behalf and use your own phone
  • Do not share your card number , expiration date or CVV number with anybody who calls you through phone.
  • If your card is stuck in the ATM, do not reveal your PIN code to anyone, including our Bank's personnel. Before leaving the ATM, call the Lost / Stolen Line by dialing 1 on 444 8 444 Odeabank Phone Banking, if possible, to cancel your card. Your new card will be delivered to your address as soon as possible.

Points to consider about card PIN

  • Do not select easily predictable information like your birth date or successive numbers when seeting your PIN code.
  • Do not share your PIN code with anyone even the Bank's personel.Remember that the PIN code responsibility lies solely on the card holder.
  • Do not leave or carry any document with your PIN code to anyone ,including.
  • If your card is stuck in the ATM, do not reveal your PIN code to anyone,including our Bank's personnel.Before leaving ATM, call the Lost / Stolen Line by dialing 0 on 444 8 444 Odeabank Contact Center , if if possible , to cancel your card.Your new card will be delivered to your address as soon as possible.
