The opinion that “our human resources is our most valuable asset” serves as the basic HR principle of the Bank.

For the purpose of bringing such opinion into practice, the Bank has expressed determination for creating and improving one of the most effective HR teams in the banking industry.

The HR Department shall act with the aim of creating the teams as appropriate to the objectives of the Bank. The determination in respect of this matter manifests itself also in respect of the role assumed by the HR Department in respect of selection, recruitment, motivation, promotion and self-improvement of all of the employees. As expected, the HR Department shall aim for recruiting and retaining the most suitable employees in all fields and the HR Department shall create an effective development and training system for such purpose, and it shall aim to create a high performance culture, and develop an open, two-sided communication culture that would provide support to the employees, and it shall recognize and reward the successful performance.​​​​
